With a view to protecting the interests of investors the Lithuanian Securities Commission hereby invites the market participants to contribute to building up market transparency and fair trading. This section of our webpage has been designed to help you notify of any suspicious transactions, i.e., possible market manipulation or insider trading instances.

How to notify:
It is of utmost importance that the information you provide is ultimately accurate and complete. In your letter to the Commission please specify the following:
- the circumstances related to the conclusion of the transaction and entry of the order (name of the financial instrument, date, time and price of the transaction or the order);
- the reasons for suspecting market manipulation or insider dealing;
- any other relevant information
