Prospectus of registered ordinary shares of Company group ALITA, AB

On 23 December, 2009, the Lithuanian Securities Commission in its meeting approved the ordinary registered shares prospectus of Company group ALITA, AB (number of shares: 27 153 793, nominal value of each share: LTL 1.00).  Company group Alita AB issues the shares in order to admit them to the regulated market (NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Secondary list).
