03/07/2009 | LSC desicionsThe closed meeting of the Securities Commission held on 26 June 2009 decided to obligate MP Investment Bank established in Iceland and engaged in the provision of investment services both by virtue of the freedom to provide services and through the branch of the Bank established in Lithuania, to eliminate the infringements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania governing the provision of investment services and notify the Securities Commission of the actions taken to rectify the situation.

UAB FBF "SG finansai" licence revoked
26/06/2009 | LSC desicionsIn response to the request of the financial brokerage firm UAB FBF “SG finansai“ and acting in accordance with the requirements of Article 8(1) of the Law on Markets in Financial Instruments at its meeting of 26 June 2009 the Securities Commission decided to revoke the validity of the B category licence No. B095 issued on 28 March 2003 to UAB FBF “SG finansai“. UAB FBF “SG finansai“ remains authorised to continue its activities not subject to the licensing requirement.
